Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Shoprite Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and confidence.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and effective manner - Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges as needed - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Resilient and confident in handling challenging situations - Experience with strategic planning and emotional intelligence - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
