Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Officer at Bidvest Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. 6. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to management. 8. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and strategic planning soft skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Ability to work part-time hours.
