Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Truworths International is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products and services. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 3. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively. 4. Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
