Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, driven, creative, and excellent communicators.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed. 6. Strive to meet or exceed customer service targets and KPIs. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in customer service is a plus but not required. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup. 8. Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.
