Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at Clicks Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. 3. Conducting research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information in the company database. 6. Assisting in organizing and conducting customer satisfaction surveys. 7. Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 2. Excellent research skills to provide accurate information and resources to customers. 3. Motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve personal and team goals. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
