Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Tiger Brands, a leading food and beverage company in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately answer customer questions. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. 2. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong teamwork skills and a desire to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
