Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Anglo American Platinum in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Provide information about products and services, pricing, and availability. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Independent and driven personality traits. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Persuasion and critical thinking soft skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Bilingual in English and Zulu preferred.
