Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and energetic personality with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong problem-solving and research skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM software. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.
