Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hilton in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely and accurate information. 3. Process reservations, cancellations, and changes in accordance with company policies. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless guest experience. 5. Use research and negotiation skills to address complex customer issues and find satisfactory solutions. 6. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. 7. Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic personality with a customer-focused mindset. 3. Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent research and negotiation abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
