Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Exxaro Resources is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for hardworking and resilient individuals who possess strong critical thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
