Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Exxaro Resources is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet individual and team performance metrics

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proven project management skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to change - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a remote customer service role is a plus
