Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Vodacom Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position at the entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor during high-stress situations - Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Resilient and motivated attitude - Project management skills - Strong interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent
