Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative at Aspen Pharmacare, located in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position at the associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Act as a liaison between customers and various departments within the company - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product information and support to customers - Assist with order processing and tracking - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations - Identify and escalate priority issues to management


Requirements: - Motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Previous experience in a customer service role - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
