Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Harmony Gold is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and possess strong analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services - Assist with generating reports and analyzing customer data - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and motivated attitude - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
