Customer Service Specialist

Telkom SA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven and confident, with strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by resolving problems in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
