Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and must possess a resilient and energetic personality. Additionally, strong analytical and negotiation skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong analytical and negotiation skills
