Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
