Job Description:
The Bidvest Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Specialist in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat interactions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain customer records and update information in the database accurately. 4. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Work independently to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Participate in project management initiatives to improve customer service processes. 8. Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and metrics.
