Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at MTN South Africa in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person communication. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders or updating account information. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve their overall experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to accurately assist customers. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues with tact and diplomacy.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong analytical and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
