Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Pick n Pay Stores in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are adaptable, energetic, detail-oriented, and excellent planners.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels such as in-person, phone, and email - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Assist with inventory management and restocking of products - Provide support to other departments as needed - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Proficiency in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
