Clicks Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. This part-time role is perfect for an entry-level individual who is looking to gain experience in the customer service field. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of customer satisfaction - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Communicating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience
