Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Mediclinic Southern Africa is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Providing information about our services and products to potential customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Must be reliable and hardworking - Excellent communication skills - Ability to think creatively and solve problems - Previous experience in people management is a plus - Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home - High-speed internet connection - Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
