Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


MTN South Africa is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success and telecommunications.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Customer Success team in managing customer accounts and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. 2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with various departments to gather feedback and improve customer experience. 4. Assist in creating reports and presentations for management and clients. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to customers. 6. Support the implementation of new strategies to enhance customer success metrics. 7. Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge in the field.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required – we are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow. 2. Passion for customer service and a strong desire to help others. 3. Confidence in communicating with customers and colleagues. 4. Leadership skills to take initiative and drive projects forward. 5. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and solutions. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
