Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Tiger Brands, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.


Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training on our products and services - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may have - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth - Provide feedback to internal teams on ways to improve the customer experience - Assist with customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify trends


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and able to work independently - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
