Job Description:
Telkom SA is seeking a driven and hardworking Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Work closely with the customer success team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance their experience. 5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are utilizing our services effectively. 6. Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 7. Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive overall success.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customer needs. 4. Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
