Customer Success Assistant

FirstRand is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services. 2. Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively. 3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to customers. 5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for customers. 4. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
