Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Harmony Gold is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 2. Assist with onboarding new customers, providing necessary support and guidance to help them maximize the value of our products and services. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for customer success and retention. 4. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively addressing any concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all communication is well-documented and easily accessible. 6. Assist in organizing and hosting customer events, webinars, and training sessions to promote engagement and drive customer loyalty. 7. Continuously seek ways to optimize and streamline customer success processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 2. Strong soft skills, including strategic planning and cooperation, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. 3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a results-driven environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
