Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Remgro. This part-time position will be based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA and is at the Associate Level with 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat - Managing customer accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Conducting research to understand customer needs and provide solutions to their problems - Collaborating with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing customers - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Developing creative strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent research skills and creativity to solve complex problems - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Knowledge of customer success best practices is a plus
