Job Description: FirstRand is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least one year of experience in customer service or related fields. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and eager to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide timely assistance - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction - Assist with onboarding new customers and provide product training as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Conduct presentations and training sessions for customers as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning abilities and strong presentation skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Resourceful and adaptable mindset - Ability to thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment
