Job Description:
Sanlam is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer success and build a career in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance with their inquiries or issues. 2. Conduct customer onboarding, training, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience. 3. Assist in managing customer accounts, updating information, and resolving account-related issues. 4. Collaborate with the customer success team to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer experience. 5. Assist in organizing and participating in virtual events, webinars, and presentations to educate customers on products and services. 6. Support the customer success manager in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and challenges. 2. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find solutions. 3. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and present information in a clear and engaging manner. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.
