Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Massmart Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, providing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met - Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving - Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of products or services - Conduct ongoing research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and drive product enhancements - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to increase retention and loyalty - Provide feedback to leadership on customer trends, needs, and preferences


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service - Energetic and proactive attitude towards problem-solving - Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Ability to innovate and think creatively to meet customer needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
