Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Bidcorp is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate in our Durban, KwaZulu Natal office. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies and initiatives - Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers as needed

Requirements: - Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Energetic, with a positive attitude and passion for customer service - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus but not required
