Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Entry Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess a confident and motivated personality. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers - Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Track and report on customer success metrics to drive continuous improvement - Assist with other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and motivated personality - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
