Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description: Distell Group is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries or escalate issues when necessary - Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and help them get acquainted with our products and services

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer success or related role - Driven and motivated personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Creativity and leadership skills to drive customer engagement and success - Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
