Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

The Customer Success Associate at Distell Group will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. As an associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Previous experience in customer success, sales, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and driven with a passion for customer satisfaction - Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve problems - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience with CRM software is a plus
