Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to engage with customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers remotely to ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support - Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and insights - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training and guidance - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service - Demonstrated time management skills and ability to multitask - Comfortable conducting research to gather information and solve problems - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role
