Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Bidcorp is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This role is entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent support and service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone to address their inquiries and concerns - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals - Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual with a strong desire to help customers succeed - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
