Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings (RMI) is seeking a highly experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This position is part-time and requires a senior level of expertise with at least 8 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of new clients - Analyze data and metrics to track customer success and provide insights for improvement - Lead customer success initiatives and projects to drive overall company growth and profitability

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in customer success or account management - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others - Passionate and energetic personality traits are a must
