Job Description:
MTN South Africa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and upsell within existing accounts. 3. Implement and manage customer success strategies to drive adoption and value realization for our products and services. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 6. Develop and deliver customer success KPIs and metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement. 7. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on customer success initiatives and outcomes. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continually enhance our processes and offerings.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 7. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools. 8. Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
