Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a mid-to-senior level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, creative, and persuasive in their approach to customer relationships.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities. 3. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, and work cross-functionally to address their needs. 4. Monitor key performance metrics and proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer success initiatives with business goals. 6. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and provide support. 7. Drive customer advocacy and referrals through exceptional service and relationship-building.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. 4. Experience managing complex customer relationships and driving customer success outcomes. 5. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive customer engagement. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools. 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
