Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Tiger Brands in Soweto, Gauteng. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to problem-solve effectively, and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of products and services. 4. Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products. 6. Regularly report on customer feedback and insights to inform business decisions. 7. Proactively identify and address any potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management. 3. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships. 4. Energetic and adaptable personality, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. 6. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
