Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


FirstRand is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Success Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through building and maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving value for our clients.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers - Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products or services - Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent presentation skills - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to build trust and credibility with customers - Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
