Job Description:
Mondi Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level who is adaptable and resourceful.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with Mondi's products and services. 2. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive product adoption and retention. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 5. Provide product training and support to customers as needed. 6. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution. 7. Develop and deliver regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders on customer success metrics and feedback. 8. Represent Mondi at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services to potential customers.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a customer success or account management role. 2. Strong analytical skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions for customers. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers. 4. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 6. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
