Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer retention and growth - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Proactively identify and address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure customer success and satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Proven ability to conduct research and analysis - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
