Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Provide guidance and support to customers in utilizing our products and services effectively - Monitor customer accounts to identify any issues or potential opportunities for upselling - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Track customer metrics and report on key performance indicators - Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Resourceful and dedicated to meeting customer needs - Strong innovation and persuasion skills
