Job Description:
Barloworld is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs and goals - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Monitor key performance indicators to track client success and identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for continued improvement - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset - Experience with CRM software tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong analytical and research skills

Soft Skills: - Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and trends - Research skills to gather insights and assess client needs
