Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns - Proactively identify and address customer issues and provide timely solutions - Work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts and resolve customer inquiries - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and hardworking with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
