As a Customer Success Officer at Truworths International in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling any issues or concerns they may have and working to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any potential issues before they escalate - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making - Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders on customer success metrics and initiatives - Provide training and support to customers on how to maximize the value of our products and services
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data - Experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint - Gym membership - Training & professional development opportunities - Paid Time Off (PTO)
