Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Officer to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training on product usage - Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers - Strong cooperation and planning skills to collaborate effectively with team members - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
