Remote Customer Success Officer

The Foschini Group is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, passionate, and excel in analysis and time management.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers remotely to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues. 2. Provide customers with product information, assistance, and guidance to enhance their overall experience. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gauge their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to customers.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training for all new hires. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. 5. Must be adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
